restart redux

started training today. ran the "14K" loop. i think it cannot be longer than 13. will check once i get a new battery to my GPS.

running was scabby. did ok the first 20 min. then felt i numbed all over from starting fast.

total time was 57:39. pulse monitor did not work until last 10 min. it showed 170+ beats per minute.

200x press-ups.

will try to eat less wheat & sugar. not sure it has to do with my allergic problems but i think it might. have felt good today from completely abstaining from wheat and eating less sugar (no sugar in coffee, for an example). the feeling better today is not likely to have anything to do with my diet choices for one day, but i hope i can maintain discipline for a couple of weeks to see if it has any real effect.
